Select Commercial Account Manager

• Manage a defined book of small commercial clients, focusing on retention, performance, and growth through proactive relationship management
• Lead renewal processes by assessing risk, identifying coverage gaps, and recommending customized insurance solutions
• Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional service across all inquiries, claims, and policy changes
• Coordinate and complete service requests while maintaining data integrity, compliance, and confidentiality
• Follow established workflows to manage competing priorities, uphold quality standards, and support operational efficiency
• Maintain an understanding of carrier appetites and use carrier tools and websites effectively for quoting and servicing

• Property & Casualty license required
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience in P&C administration with a carrier, broker, or wholesaler with a strong history of client service
• Commercial insurance experience is strongly preferred
• Professional designations or certifications are preferred
• Thorough technical knowledge of commercial property and casualty products.
• High school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree preferred

Hourly range is $30 to $38 per hour. Dependent on experience.
