Job Description
Develop, modify, and sustain test software on Cohu Diamondx Semiconductor ATE instrumentation for digital, analog, and mixed-signal ICs, and manage test infrastructure to ensure efficient/high-quality test processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in semiconductor/IC test engineering
  • 5 years of Cohu Diamondx test program development experience
  • Knowledge of IC packaging, wafer probe, and final test processes
  • Proficiency with test program development and documentation
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
