Job Description
As a Test Engineer, develop, modify, and sustain test software on Cohu Diamondx Semiconductor ATE instrumentation for digital, analog, and mixed-signal ICs. Manage test infrastructure, mentor engineers, and ensure efficient/high-quality test processes. The ideal candidate will bring significant experience using the Cohu Diamondx platform and a career history of test program development from scratch based on design documentation and successful debug of silicon extending to production release.
