Job Description
As a Manufacturing & Supply Business Impact Lead, you will act as the domain expert and solution architect for Aily App manufacturing and supply modules, embedding the product into core routines across manufacturing sites, supply networks, and regional operations.
Requirements
Act as the manufacturing and supply domain expert and solution architect for Aily App modules
Translate manufacturing and supply chain routines into product requirements and AI decision logic
Define AI outcomes and decision quality standards
Co-shape scalable product capabilities across manufacturing and supply use cases
Partner with Product, ML, and Engineering on feasibility and product readiness
Define and own data requirements, data collection, and AI fine-tuning needs to accelerate deployment and time to value
Influence the product roadmap through client impact and adoption insights
Act as the trusted manufacturing and supply domain expert for clients and internal Product and AI teams
Be the trusted advisor to manufacturing leaders, supply chain heads, and COOs
Represent user needs in product and roadmap discussions
Communicate AI and data topics, assumptions, and trade-offs in clear operational language
Be the mentor and coach to the junior members of the team in terms of expertise and eminence
Drive rollouts from entry-point use cases to enterprise-wide adoption
Own time to first active user and time to routine across manufacturing and supply deployments
Upskill and evangelize users and champions through workshops, executive sessions, and engagement campaigns
Ensure AI becomes embedded into daily manufacturing site and supply decision-making cadences
