Kindred is a members-only home swapping platform that unlocks the ability to live a travel-rich lifestyle through the power of community. We're looking for a highly experienced Senior Software Engineer to help us make travel more meaningful.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical experience building consumer-facing applications
  • Deep expertise in building dynamic, consumer-facing applications using both React for web and React Native for mobile
  • Experience building, testing, and scaling large-scale web and mobile applications
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frontend/mobile tooling (e.g., Webpack, Metro, Tailwind CSS)
  • Experience architecting scalable frontend and mobile solutions
  • Experience building scalable and reusable UI components
  • Experience with performance optimization techniques for both web and mobile
