The Senior Account Coordinator serves as a key member of the client services team, supporting client accounts through strong project management, proactive communication, and day-to-day account leadership.

Serve as the day-to-day project lead for assigned client accounts, manage timelines, deliverables, and communications across multiple initiatives, and build strong relationships with clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4 to 5 years of experience in account management, client services, project management, or a related role
  • Demonstrated experience independently managing multiple projects and competing priorities
  • Proven ability to lead client meetings and communicate confidently with clients, executives, and cross-functional teams
  • Strong written, verbal, presentations and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to think critically, solve problems proactively, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and client deliverables
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
