RESPONSIBILITIES

This position will provide support for our internal teams and clients.

We take a highly personalized service approach to clients’ needs and create value through teamwork and a focus on excellence in all aspects of our business.

  • Provide timely, courteous, and professional client service, including responding to inquiries, researching benefit issues, and problem-solving for clients, carriers, and internal staff

  • Learn and facilitate the online FSA-COBRA renewal process; assist with open enrollment preparation and follow-up

  • Collaborate effectively with internal team members and provide support to other Account Coordinators; assist in training administrative support staff

  • Review, create, and update SBCs; maintain renewal paperwork in electronic files according to approved naming conventions

  • Attend select client meetings (virtual and on-site) and maintain required CE credits to keep the Life & Health license active


QUALIFICATIONS

  • College degree with 3 years of applicable work experience preferred, or a high school diploma with at least 7 years of applicable work experience

  • Prior experience in an administrative and/or operational environment

  • Previous work experience in the healthcare industry required

  • Active Maryland Life & Health License required


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.

Salary range is $65K to $80K per year.
