Job Description
Mogl (formerly Ventura Growth) is seeking a strategic, self-motivated Senior Account Executive based in the Midwest region (Detroit, Chicago, Cleveland, Minneapolis, St. Louis, Kansas City, etc.). The ideal candidate will leverage buy-side programmatic advertising experience and strong agency relationships to grow business, focusing on a proactive prospecting and client engagement approach. This role is the first dedicated sales hire focused on the Midwest market.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of digital media and/or platform sales experience, preferably at a DSP.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and implement programmatic strategies.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, email sequencing tools, and LinkedIn Navigator.
  • Strong quantitative and negotiation skills.
