You are driven and endlessly curious. In this role, you will function as the primary customer contact on a tactic level, supporting upper-level customer management team members and partnering with Agency Operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years’ relevant customer experience in marketing, healthcare, or other related disciplines or 3+ years’ relevant agency side experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Veeva Vault experience
