Senior Account Manager – Property & Casualty
Location: Hybrid 

 

At Alera Group, our Property & Casualty team helps businesses protect their assets, manage risk, and plan confidently for the future. We’re seeking a Senior Account Manager who will support risk strategy, client service excellence, and operational accuracy.

This role will focus on client servicing and collaborate with Producers, client teams, carriers, clients, and internal operations teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

What You’ll Do / Your Impact

 

Client Partnership & Risk Strategy

  • Support clients with coverage placement, renewals, claims coordination, policy analysis, and more. 

  • Collaborate with carriers and underwriters, building strong relationships

  • Contribute to retention and growth initiatives

Operational Excellence

  • Maintain documentation in Epic, our Agency Management System. 

  • Ensure compliance and policy accuracy

  • Support audits and reporting as needed

Strategic Contribution

  • Assist in identifying coverage gaps or risk mitigation strategies

  • Partner on new business opportunities and activities


QUALIFICATIONS

What You Bring

 

Required

  • 5+ years in commercial insurance or related field

  • Knowledge of property & casualty coverage lines

  • Strong client communication skills

Preferred

  • Experience with Applied Epic

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Compensation:
Salary range: $85,000 – $100,000 per year
