Role Overview

The Senior Account Manager will own the definition and success of Machine rollouts, working alongside a Forward Deployed Engineering pod to execute the build. This role spans complex enterprise deployments and high-volume internal rollouts, requiring repeatability and customization.

What You Will Do

The Senior Account Manager will own the definition and success of the implementation motion across their portfolio, from pre-sales through go-live, adoption, and expansion. They will define the work, manage the financials of the rollout, and partner closely with the Forward Deployed Engineering pod.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years in a client-facing delivery, implementation, or account ownership role at a SaaS, martech, or software implementations company
  • Experience owning the commercial side of an engagement: budget, burn, scope changes, and the conversations that come with them
  • Track record working closely with technical teams without being the one writing the code
  • Deep fluency in marketing workflows
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools
  • Ability to run multiple implementations in parallel without losing the thread on any of them
  • Strong written and verbal communicator
  • Organized and process-oriented
  • Comfortable in a startup-within-an-agency environment where ambiguity is the default and the playbook is still being written
  • Understanding of AI trust curves and agentic adoption patterns
