Job Description
Wayflyer is a capital provider that empowers great businesses to reach their growth potential. As a Senior Account Manager, you will manage a large portfolio of existing customers and drive Wayflyer's revenue through upsells, renewals & churn mitigation. You will also maintain an exceptional customer experience, leading with empathy and putting customers' needs first.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of customer-facing (corporate) experience in sales, account management or consultancy
  • Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption.
  • Experience building strong internal and external relationships.
  • Consistent track record of target attainment combined with exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, start-up environment is a plus.
  • Knowledge of finance and accounting is also beneficial
