Job Description
Wayflyer is a capital provider that empowers great businesses to reach their growth potential. As a Senior Account Manager, you will manage a large portfolio of existing customers and drive Wayflyer's revenue through upsells, renewals & churn mitigation. You will also maintain an exceptional customer experience, leading with empathy and putting customers' needs first.
Requirements
3-5 years of customer-facing (corporate) experience in sales, account management or consultancy
Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption.
Experience building strong internal and external relationships.
Consistent track record of target attainment combined with exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, start-up environment is a plus.
Knowledge of finance and accounting is also beneficial
