Senior Account/Project Accountant

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• 5–10+ years of construction or project accounting experience required
• Experience with large-scale commercial or industrial MEP projects preferred
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and job cost accounting
• Experience with percentage-of-completion accounting required
• ERP experience (e.g., Sage, Viewpoint, CMiC, Spectrum, or similar) preferred
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Advanced Excel proficiency
• Deep understanding of construction billing processes (AIA, lien waivers, retention, etc.)
• Ability to interpret contracts and change orders
• Strong communication skills with ability to partner with non-financial stakeholders
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple large projects simultaneously
• Proactive problem-solving mindset
