Job Description

Flexcon Company, Inc. is seeking a Senior Accountant with manufacturing experience to oversee all aspects of accounting policies and procedures.

Requirements

BS in Accounting is required, CPA a plus
5 years of relevant experience in accounting, with manufacturing experience required
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively across departments
Solid command of accounting principles and financial analytics, as well as sound general business sense
Polished written and oral communication skills, including high comfort leading formal presentations/webinars
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to multitask and provide structure and organization in a changing environment
