Senior Accountant - Operational Finance

The Senior Accountant - Operational Finance will oversee and manage accounting operations for large-scale construction projects, including complex contract structures, joint ventures, and national clients. The role will lead preparation and review of financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Turner financial policies and procedures.

What You Will Do

The main day-to-day responsibilities of the Senior Accountant - Operational Finance will include designing and implementing procedures supporting accounting operations, maintaining and updating project-specific training materials, providing clear communication to Finance and project management teams, and overseeing client contract analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 5+ years of experience in accounting and financial management, with a focus on construction projects
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and company financial policies and procedures
• Ability to communicate effectively with Finance and project management teams
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial policies and procedures
