Job Description
Senior Accountant position responsible for analyzing project costs, calculating revenue recognition, and supporting the period end close process. Must be able to travel 25% of the time and work onsite 3 days a week.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of construction accounting experience
  • 3+ years of experience calculating revenue recognition specifically utilizing percentage of completion
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, sum ifs, reporting models)
  • Ability to work independently and execute projects with minimal supervision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills interacting with auditors and internal stakeholders
  • Must be able to travel 25%
  • Must be able to work onsite 3 days per week on the Charlotte-Concord office when not traveling
