Job Description
A mission-driven nonprofit financial services organization seeks a Senior Accountant to support affordable housing initiatives. The Senior Accountant will manage accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, compliance support, and system improvements in support of a growing mission-driven organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Strong experience in nonprofit or financial services accounting preferred.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and advanced Excel skills required.
  • Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and audit support.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and internal controls.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a mission-driven environment.
