Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Staff Accountant with strong technical accounting expertise and a highly analytical, systems-savvy mindset to join our team in Santa Ana, CA. This role is responsible for core accounting functions including account reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, audit support, and preparation of financial reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required
  • Minimum 4 or more years’ work experience in accounting
  • Manufacturing or cost accounting exposure and experience preferred
  • NetSuite experience required
  • Nexus sales tax experience highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and month-end close processes
  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g. Pivot tables, lookups, data analysis).
