Job Description
Webull is seeking a Senior Accountant with broker-dealer experience to own complex areas of the monthly close and play a key role in audit readiness and execution. The role requires someone who can operate independently, dig into issues, and exercise sound judgment on when to resolve vs escalate.

Requirements

  • 3–7+ years of accounting experience, with broker-dealer or financial services exposure
  • Hands-on experience with monthly close and account reconciliations
  • Direct experience supporting external audits
  • Familiarity with SEC / FINRA reporting requirements (net capital, reserve, FOCUS)
  • Strong Excel skills (comfortable working with large datasets)
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or similar)
  • Understanding of internal controls and audit documentation standards
