Job Description
As a Senior Accountant with Scout Clean Energy, you will engage directly in every facet of a wind developer and operator’s accounting, ranging from day-to-day transactions to month-end financials closing for a multi-entity company. The ideal candidate will seek to master the tasks initially assigned to them while maintaining a growth mindset, stepping in to support others on the team with new responsibilities as they emerge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting
  • 5-7 years of experience in accounting, preferably in energy, construction, or real estate development
  • Experience with multiple entities accounting and consolidations, including intercompany accounting
  • Demonstrated experience with key software systems
  • Prior experience providing audit support is required
  • Optional: CPA and/or public accounting experience
