Role OverviewThe Senior Accountant plays a key part in ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance for HDR's global lease portfolio, while driving process improvements and system efficiencies across the lease accounting function.
What You Will Do
Oversee and execute lease accounting under ASC 842, drive close processes, and partner cross-functionally with other teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of lease data.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

- Experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities
- Demonstrated ability to leverage systems to improve accuracy and efficiency
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with a broad range of financial and non-financial personnel
- Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to take ownership of complex accounting issues
