Role OverviewScentAir is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our growing Finance team in Charlotte, NC. This position offers hands-on experience across multiple accounting disciplines, including general ledger accounting, month-end close, financial reporting, intercompany accounting, fixed assets, lease accounting, and audit support.
What You Will Do
Prepare and maintain general ledger account reconciliations and supporting schedules, record journal entries, participate in the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, and assist with special projects and other accounting responsibilities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
- 2–4 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a corporate accounting environment
- Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting fundamentals
- Experience participating in month-end close activities and account reconciliations
- Experience working with ERP systems; Syteline experience is a plus
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis
- CPA candidate or interest in pursuing a CPA is a plus
