Role Overview

Join the growing accounting team at the headquarters in North Little Rock as a Senior Accountant. This high-impact role offers real growth potential as the company scales. You will own key pieces of the month-end close process, manage general ledger accounting, and support project accounting and allocation work.

What You Will Do

Perform variance analysis, identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes, and support special automation projects. You will also contribute to special projects as assigned and support accounting processes as the organization grows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
  • Degree in Accounting is required
  • Technically strong in accounting with deep reconciliation experience
  • Mid to large business experience, having worked in environments with $50M–$100M+ revenue
  • Strong general ledger background with solid month-end close experience
  • Comfortable working across multiple entities in a high-volume accounting environment
  • Strong Excel skills (intermediate to advanced)
  • Able to understand the accounting behind the numbers — not just process transactions
  • A strong communicator, both written and oral, who enjoys collaborating and interacting with others
  • Comfortable in a growing, evolving environment and flexible when job duties shift with growth
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to understand the 'why' behind the accounting
