Role OverviewAs a Senior Accountant at Castelion, you will be responsible for preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analyses, as well as supporting operational accounting activities. You will also own key components of the monthly financial close process, ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, and support integrations between NetSuite and adjacent business systems.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analyses, as well as supporting operational accounting activities, such as invoice review, payment approvals, and vendor reconciliations. You will also assist with technical accounting research and prepare technical workbooks for complex transactions.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of public accounting experience with a nationally recognized accounting firm
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, including ASC 606 and ASC 842, and financial reporting requirements
- Experience in month-end close activities and preparing financial reconciliations
- Familiarity with NetSuite or a comparable ERP system
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills
