Role OverviewSupports day-to-day accounting operations, leads the preparation and review of journal entries, and performs monthly reconciliations of balance sheet and income statement accounts. Collaborates with multiple departments to resolve accounting issues and support company initiatives.
What You Will Do
Prepare financial reports, Excel analyses, and schedules for executive management and other corporate departments. Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, strengthen internal controls, and increase reporting efficiency.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- CPA license required
- 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, account reconciliations, and month-end close processes
- Experience with inventory accounting, fixed assets, and manufacturing cost accounting is preferred
- Experience with Traverse Global ERP system is preferred
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, charts, graphs, and financial analysis)
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Must have strong oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to perform detailed, accurate, and well-documented work with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process improvements and recommend practical solutions
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity
