Role OverviewThe Senior Accountant applies advanced accounting knowledge to manage assigned accounting areas, lead components of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, and support financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP and internal accounting policies. This role partners cross-functionally, supports internal and external audits, and contributes to continuous improvement of accounting processes and internal controls.

Lead and execute assigned aspects of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, perform detailed balance sheet account reconciliations and analyses, partner with finance and operations teams, and support internal and external audits.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 4–6 years experience in relevant field
- Experience working in a SOX-compliant environment
- Ability to meet close and reporting deadlines with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments
- Advanced spreadsheet proficiency and experience with enterprise accounting or close management systems
- Adaptability and comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
