Role OverviewWe're looking for a Senior Accountant who owns the numbers and the relationship. This isn't a back office bookkeeping role. You'll manage a book of 20 to 25 clients, run the full month end close process, and sit across the table (or the Zoom call) from real business owners who are counting on you to make their financials make sense.
What You Will Do
You'll manage a book of 20 to 25 clients, run the full month end close process, deliver clean, accurate, decision-ready financials (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) by the 15th of each month, and perform peer reviews of teammates' client financials.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of progressive general accounting experience
- Solid working knowledge of GAAP and general ledger/month end close processes
- Strong QuickBooks Online experience preferred
- Proven ability to own a full month end close cycle and explain financials clearly to non-accountants
