Role OverviewThe Senior Accountant is responsible for supporting financial reporting, managing royalty accounting processes, and performing core general ledger reconciliations. This role works cross-functionally across Divisional Sales and Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Licensing to ensure data accuracy, timely reporting, and system integrity across Oracle, SAP, and Blackline.
What You Will Do
Maintain and analyze divisional sales databases, execute standard monthly journal entries, manage and maintain documentation for retailer contractual allowance terms, perform system tie-outs, perform quarterly and annual financial write-ups, maintain SAP system integrity, prepare weekly, monthly, and annual Net Sales reporting, calculate and process timely, accurate royalty advance payments, and complete monthly account reconciliations.
