Job Description
Popli Design Group is seeking a Senior Accountant to oversee and lead firm accounting activities while managing a 4-person accounting team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of accounting experience, preferably with a medium-sized A/E firm.

Requirements

  • Manage General Ledger, Accounts Receivables/Payables
  • Oversee a 4-person accounting team
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly financial statements
  • Prepare and submit quarterly and annual Federal and State returns
  • Prepare and manage depreciation schedules
  • Prepare job-costing and distribute information to Project Managers
  • Monitor and assist Project Managers with cost overruns
  • Prepare documentation for CPA's annual filings
