Job Description
KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting has partnered with a growing organization in the Southern New Hampshire / Seacoast region to hire a Senior Accountant to support core general ledger and close activities across multiple operating locations.

Requirements

  • Prepare monthly journal entries and support accurate close activities for multiple operating units
  • Perform balance sheet and general ledger account reconciliations and resolve reconciling items
  • Research and explain variances, partnering with AP, AR, and other finance team members as needed
  • Support audit readiness by preparing schedules and responding to documentation requests
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of month-end and year-end financial information
  • Assist with budgeting, annual planning, and ongoing financial analysis
  • Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis to support leadership and operational teams
  • Support accounting leadership with special projects and process improvement initiatives
