Job Description
The Senior Accountant – Services supports accurate financial reporting for a services-based organization, with a strong focus on revenue recognition, Tax schedules to the external CPA office and month-end close.

Requirements

  • Maintaining the bank relations
  • Prepared, reviewed, and coordinated tax-related documents and schedules
  • Prepare payroll journal entries, reports and reconciliations
  • Perform statutory reporting, financial analysis, and audit support activities
  • Maintain and reconcile the fixed asset register
  • Conduct Balance Sheet Variance analysis
  • Assist in preparing audit schedules and support external audits
  • Identify process improvement opportunities within the accounting function
  • Maintain system controls, integrity and compliance
  • Perform other duties as assigned
