Role OverviewThe Senior Accountant, SEC Reporting supports the Company's external financial reporting function and helps ensure compliance with SEC reporting requirements and U.S. generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). The role assists with the preparation of SEC filings, financial statements, disclosures, and related supporting documentation for the parent company, affiliates, and subsidiaries.

Primary responsibilities include supporting compliance with GAAP, preparing SEC reports, financial statement disclosures, and related supporting documentation, and collaborating with external auditors to address audit requests and financial reporting inquiries.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Progress toward CPA certification strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of GAAP required
- 3+ years of audit experience with a Big Four public accounting firm required
- Financial services industry experience preferred
