Senior Accountant-SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to play a key role in corporate accounting, financial reporting, and compliance. This position owns critical components of stock-based compensation accounting and SEC reporting processes, contributes to SOX 404 compliance, and serves as a subject matter resource within the accounting function.

What You Will Do

Own end-to-end accounting for stock-based compensation under ASC 718, prepare and review equity compensation schedules and roll forwards, and lead the preparation and review of equity-related disclosures for SEC filings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or CPA-eligible preferred)
• 4+ years of relevant experience, including public accounting (Big 4 preferred)
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP; experience with ASC 718 and SEC reporting required
• Exposure to SOX 404 compliance and audit support
• Experience with Workiva or other SEC reporting tools preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate moderately complex issues
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to cross-functional stakeholders
• Proven ability to collaborate across functions and influence outcomes
• Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on process optimization and efficiency

Benefits

• Annual base salary $97,000.00-$133,000.00
• Annual bonus with a target of 20% of the earned base salary
