Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accounting Manager with strong Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) experience to lead key accounting and financial operations. This role blends technical accounting expertise with forward-looking financial planning and analysis to support strategic decision-making in a manufacturing environment.
What You Will Do
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, manage general ledger activities, and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies. Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes, and analyze financial performance.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 7+ years of progressive accounting experience within a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated experience in cost accounting and operational finance
- Strong FP&A experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Advanced knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
- Experience with QuickBooks (preferred)
- Bilingual in Korean and English
