Job Description
Evergreen Goodwill of Northwest Washington is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst to manage incoming payments, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure a smooth revenue cycle. The role involves analyzing receivables data, identifying trends or risks, and supporting financial reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts receivable processes
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., D365, SAP, QuickBooks) and Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ accounts receivable experience
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in leading or supervising teams
  • Ability to perform multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and external customers
