Requirements

  • BS or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Welding Engineering, or equivalent
  • 5+ years relevant experience
  • Strong understanding of heat transfer, mechanics, and metallurgy
  • Proficiency with multiphysics analyses using tools like ABAQUS, ANSYS, Flow3D
  • Experience with automated and dynamic meshing techniques
  • Demonstrated experience with scripting languages (Python, C++, Fortran)
  • Demonstrated experience with DOE methodologies
