Job Description
The Senior Administrative Assistant, Benefits is responsible for supporting and coordinating department service activities, including reception duties, phone answering, filing, mail distribution, and managing benefits offerings. The role requires strong customer service skills, multitasking, and heavy data entry.
Requirements
1 year experience in HR required
1 year experience or exposure to benefits administration preferred
Health care experience preferred
Highly proficient in computer skills including MS word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access required
Working knowledge of office equipment required
Demonstrated high performance in multi-tasking and customer service skills required
