Role Overview

The Senior Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative and project support to the Development Department, including executives and their teams. This role is responsible for managing daily operations, coordinating projects, and serving as a key liaison to ensure effective communication and organization across the department.

What You Will Do

Provides advanced administrative and project support to department leadership and team members, manages complex executive calendars, coordinates meetings and events, and tracks and coordinates departmental projects.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree required, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
  • Two (2)+ years of scheduling or calendar management experience preferred; Prior administrative experience required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint)
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English
  • Ability to perform mathematical calculations at a basic to intermediate level
  • Ability to learn and effectively use company-specific software systems
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational ability
  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines
  • Strong project coordination skills with excellent follow-through
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain professionalism in all interactions
  • Demonstrates a high level of discretion and confidentiality
