Role OverviewProvide high-level administrative support to ownership and family-related needs, handling confidential matters with discretion and professionalism. Work closely with the Senior Executive Assistant and other administrative team members to ensure seamless support across the organization.
What You Will Do
Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, correspondence, and other business communications. Maintain organized filing systems, records, and document retention activities. Provide backup administrative support and assist with additional duties and special projects.
