Job Description
The Senior Administrative Assistant role supports the Director of Mortgage Sales, providing sales management reporting, execution of employer engagement activities, travel coordination, and general administrative support.
Requirements
Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion
Prepare presentations, agendas, reports, and special projects
Arrange travel and accommodations for executives
Screen incoming telephone calls and take accurate messages
Respond to requests and refer non-routine calls to the appropriate staff
Draft and prepare correspondence for internal announcements and board meetings
Manage Director of Mortgage Sales contacts
Assist in preparing and managing presentations and decks
Represent the company and the Director in a positive light
