Job Description
The Senior Administrative Assistant role supports the Director of Mortgage Sales, providing sales management reporting, execution of employer engagement activities, travel coordination, and general administrative support.

Requirements

  • Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion
  • Prepare presentations, agendas, reports, and special projects
  • Arrange travel and accommodations for executives
  • Screen incoming telephone calls and take accurate messages
  • Respond to requests and refer non-routine calls to the appropriate staff
  • Draft and prepare correspondence for internal announcements and board meetings
  • Manage Director of Mortgage Sales contacts
  • Assist in preparing and managing presentations and decks
  • Represent the company and the Director in a positive light
