Role OverviewThe Senior Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Vice President of Philanthropy and Alumni Engagement, supporting major and principal gift fundraising activities. The role will coordinate administrative processes, donor engagement logistics, and operational priorities to ensure campaign readiness and scalability.
What You Will Do
Provide dedicated administrative support to the Vice President, prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations, support frontline fundraising staff, coordinate donor visits, and plan and facilitate meetings.

Requirements
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field
- Five or more years of administrative or operational support experience
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and standard administrative technologies
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
