Role OverviewThis Senior Administrative Associate will work under limited supervision, performing standard and advanced administrative duties to assist managerial, technical, and professional staff. The role involves comprehensive administrative, operational, and compliance support for the Facilities, Maintenance, Environmental Health & Safety, and Capital Projects functions.

Responsibilities include computer maintenance management system administration, purchasing, procurement, and vendor coordination, capital projects and financial administration, environmental health and safety support, communication and reporting, security and facility administration, records management, and employee support.

Requirements
- High School diploma required
- 2 years of post-secondary education in Business Administration preferred
- Minimum of 3 years in office administration/Customer Service
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Experience with purchasing, invoicing, and records management
- Understanding of EHS documentation and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and accuracy in recordkeeping
- Ability to work independently while supporting multiple departments and stakeholders
- Experienced in handling pressure in a fast-paced environment
