Role Overview

HDR is seeking a Senior Administrative Project Coordinator (Resources) to provide advanced project coordination, resource management, and operational support for complex projects within the Power sector. This role partners with project managers and leadership to oversee project reporting, financial administration, resource planning, process improvements, and project delivery functions while serving as a key resource for project teams.

What You Will Do

Lead project coordination and administrative support for large, complex, and high-profile projects, including managing documentation, deliverables, reports, and presentations. Coordinate project meetings, document decisions, and ensure timely follow-up, while also overseeing project reporting, financial monitoring, resource planning, and process improvements. Mentor junior staff and support project startup, closeout, and contract administration activities.

  • Proven ability to develop, improve, and implement administrative and operational processes
  • Strong business acumen and ability to partner effectively with project managers and operational leadership
  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment, discretion, and independent decision-making
  • Associate degree in a closely related field or combination of education and relevant experience
  • A minimum of 3 years related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
