Role OverviewThe Guest Services Division's Housing Office is seeking a Senior Administrative Services Assistant to join their team. This position reports to the Housing Services General Supervisor. The role involves supporting the Housing Office with daily front desk operations, reviewing financials, balancing audits, and managing guest reservations.
What You Will Do
Perform daily front desk operations, review financials, balance audits, manage guest reservations, and process payments. Use Housing database software and Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook). Handle and process funds received for housing transactions.
