Role OverviewThe GIS Organizational Change Manager will lead the people side of change and build the learning content that makes new technology stick. This individual will need excellent communication, creativity, and consultation skills to be successful. The GIS Organizational Change Manager will develop and execute change strategies and plans for a portfolio of projects while also serving as the team's hands-on instructional designer.
What You Will Do
Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities in IT projects that impact employees. Act as advocate and coach for sponsors and executives to assist in managing change. Develop and implement communication plans, coaching plans, sponsor roadmaps, resistance management plans, and training plans to affect positive adoption of IT systems, processes, and capabilities.

Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of change management experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Change Management, Human Resources, Business, Instructional Design or a related field
- Experience with large organizational change efforts
- Experience designing and developing instructional materials
- Experience with managing global / cross-cultural change
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and phases of project lifecycles
- ITIL Foundation Certification is mandatory
