Role OverviewThe Senior Administrator will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for desktop and application issues, as well as maintaining documentation of procedures and tip sheets. They will work with minimal supervision and be able to make sound decisions. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills to foster cooperation among users, support teams, and peers.
What You Will Do
The Senior Administrator will be responsible for building rapport with end users, eliciting issue details, and creating incident or service request tickets. They will also utilize the knowledgebase/SOPs to respond accurately and effectively to requests or issues.
