Role OverviewThe Senior Administrator will be responsible for providing technical support and services to end-users, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining documentation. The role requires strong communication and customer handling skills, as well as the ability to learn new information quickly. The Senior Administrator will work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and making sound decisions with minimal supervision.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include building rapport with end-users, creating and maintaining documentation, and utilizing the knowledge base to respond to requests or issues. The Senior Administrator will also be responsible for creating incident or service request tickets, logging pertinent information, and utilizing the knowledge base to respond accurately and effectively.
