Role OverviewWe are seeking a Senior ADMS Test Lead to provide testing leadership for a large-scale utility technology program. This role will lead testing strategy, quality initiatives, automation, performance testing, and overall test execution across the program.
What You Will Do
Lead the overall testing strategy and quality approach for a large utility technology program, manage end-to-end testing activities, and develop and maintain test strategies, plans, environments, schedules, and testing criteria.

Requirements
- 15+ years of QA and testing leadership experience
- 10+ years of experience within the utility industry
- Strong experience testing ADMS, OMS, DMS, SCADA, systems
- Experience leading large-scale system integration and end-to-end testing initiatives
- Strong experience with test automation and performance testing
- Experience with tools such as Playwright, JUnit, TestNG, TestComplete, NeoLoad, and/or JMeter
- Proficiency in Java, Python, TypeScript, or another scripting/programming language
- Experience with CI/CD environments and Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing testing resources, environments, vendors, and multiple workstreams
