Role Overview

The Senior Advanced Reliability Engineer will provide reliability and maintainability findings and recommendations to engineers in design review meetings. They will develop Reliability Program Plans, generate reliability and maintainability mathematical models, and participate in Failure Review Boards and FRACAS programs. The role requires strong leadership capability, organizational, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work with minimal supervision.

What You Will Do

The Senior Advanced Reliability Engineer will advise and confer with engineers, develop reliability plans, generate mathematical models, participate in failure reviews, and support sustainment efforts. They will also identify opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvements and innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Reliability, Electrical, Mechanical or Materials Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field
  • 8 years of relevant experience or Master's degree plus 6 years relevant experience
  • Department of Defense Secret security clearance
  • U.S. citizenship
