What You Will Do

Lead projects, develop and implement best practices and policies, rely on Lean Six Sigma and Agile principles, develop strong relationships, create and implement resources to optimize processes, and conduct analyses to provide operational and technical support.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience leveraging dashboards, KPIs, and operational reporting tools
  • Experience influencing senior leadership and driving organizational change in complex, fast-paced, or regulated environments
  • Utility, energy, or regulated industry experience, particularly within customer operations or contact center environments
